1 Cup Sugar
Â½ Cup Butter
1/3 Cup Milk
Â½ tsp. Vanilla
2 Cups Flour
2 tsp. Baking Powder
Â½ tsp Salt
1 Cup Blueberries
- Combine the Sugar, Butter, Eggs, Milk and Vanilla together.
- Sift the Flour, Baking Powder, and Salt together. Stir the liquids into the flour to form a smooth batter. Fold in Blueberries.
- Spoon the batter into 12 well greased muffin tins.
- Bake in a preheated oven (190 degrees C) for 20-25 minutes
Serve hot or cold.
Special Notes: Top with cream cheese frosting and extra blueberries for an extra treat.
