Blueberry Muffins

Serves: 12


1 Cup Sugar
½ Cup Butter
2 Eggs
1/3 Cup Milk
½ tsp. Vanilla
2 Cups Flour
2 tsp. Baking Powder
½ tsp Salt
1 Cup Blueberries


  1. Combine the Sugar, Butter, Eggs, Milk and Vanilla together.
  2. Sift the Flour, Baking Powder, and Salt together. Stir the liquids into the flour to form a smooth batter. Fold in Blueberries.
  3. Spoon the batter into 12 well greased muffin tins.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven (190 degrees C) for 20-25 minutes

Serve hot or cold.

Special Notes: Top with cream cheese frosting and extra blueberries for an extra treat.
